I just wanted to draw your attention to the work currently being done by Jame and other people with his fantastic leveling guides. There's a project going on where his leveling guides are being translated into the TourGuide format.
Information about setting it all up can be found here, it's recommended to use TomTom and LightHeaded along with it.

I've rolled a baby warlock twinked with BoA shoulders, staff and trinket which I'm currently enjoying immensely blasting through the levels assisted by this addon. It's not exactly the first time I do these quests either though ;)
